The 54th edition of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) will be hosted in Goa from November 20th to 28th. The actress has sold her properties measuring 2,292 square feet (sq ft) for a whopping Rs. 6 crore in the Andheri area of Mumbai. As per a report in Money Control, Priyanka Chopra’s two penthouses are located at the Lokhandwala Complex in Oshiwara, Andheri in Mumbai. The first penthouse measures around 860 sq ft, and is on a higher floor. It was sold for Rs 2.25 crore. The second penthouse, which measures 1,432 sq ft, was reportedly sold at Rs 3.75 crore, as per the documents obtained by the publication. The stamp duty paid for the properties was around Rs. 36 lakh for both transactions which were registered on October 23, and October 25, respectively. In a legal battle surrounding the film Nyay: The Justice, allegedly based on the life of Sushant Singh Rajput, the Delhi High Court has scheduled a hearing for February 12, 2024, in response to a plea by the late actor's father, Krishna Kishore Singh. This follows the court's prior refusal to stay the movie's telecast in July and Singh's subsequent appeal against the denial to restrain its online streaming in August. According to an IANS report, a division bench comprising Justices Yashwant Varma and Ravinder Dudeja has granted time to all concerned parties to submit their replies in the matter.
