Filmmaker Sanjay Gupta is currently directing gangster drama, Mumbai Saga which stars John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi in the leading roles. It was recently revealed that Jackie Shroff had to quit the project since he didn't have any dates and was busy with another project. Then, actor-filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar stepped in and now we know what role he will be playing in the film. If the reports are anything to go by, Mahesh Manjrekar will essay the role of Shiv Sena supremo Balasaheb Thackeray. Aamir Khan has kick-started shooting for Laal Singh Chaddha . The actor, along with the team, recently traveled to start shooting for the next leg of the movie. Now, Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan have finished the shoot of a romantic song of the film in Chandigarh. Akshay Kumar has always tried to do his bit for the community of stuntmen. Two years after he launched an insurance scheme for Bollywood's stuntmen, the actor once again rushed to the aid of two stunt artistes who were recently injured. Bittoo and Hari Singh, members of senior action director Sham Kaushal's stunt team, were injured during the rehearsals for a song launch from Good Newwz in Chandigarh. Though Kumar was not present at the scene, the actor along with Karan Johar promptly arranged for an air ambulance to fly one of them down to Mumbai for necessary medical treatment. Religious intolerance get a new definition this week as a fundamentalist organization has asked the  Central Board Of Film Certification to remove visuals of Sadhus dressed as gods dancing with Salman Khan to the sound of 'Hud Hud Dabangg' . Says the Hindu Janjagruti Samiti, “If the movie happens to be on the lines of what we have seen in the trailer, it is extremely shocking depiction of Hindu deities and sadhus and also goes at great lengths to humiliate and poke fun at the basic foundations of Sanatana Dharma.” However, it is unlikely that the aforementioned  visuals will be removed from the film. A source close to Dabangg 3 says, “The song and its visuals have been cleared by the censor board. There is nothing scandalous or improper about Sadhus dancing. They do so quite often in real life. The Supreme Court on Friday said that no coercive action will be taken against Bollywood actor Salman Khan on a complaint filed against him for allegedly hurting religious sentiment. The actor produced the 2018 Bollywood film Loveyatri which was accused of hurting sentiments. Several private criminal complaints were filed in 2018 against the movie alleging that its name has hurt the religious sentiment of the Hindus. The film which was earlier named  Loveratri , but was changed to Loveyatri by the producers keeping in mind that earlier name sounded like Navratri. The film marked the acting debut of Salman Khan's brother-in-law Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain. The film directed by Abhiraj Minawala also starred Ram Kapoor and Ronit Roy in pivotal roles. Taapsee Pannu is gearing up for more projects. The actress has been reportedly roped in for Aanand L Rai and Bhushan Kumar production. Vikrant Massey has been signed on as the lead actor opposite Taapsee. It is going to be a mystery drama. The makers wanted a fresh pair for the film to keep the mystery intact. Some portions will be shot in the North though they are yet to decide on the locations. They want to keep it authentic since the story is set in North. It will be directed by Vinil Matthews, who helmed Hasee Toh Phasee six years ago.
